The contract that governs your use of cashblinks.com. Please read carefully.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using cashblinks.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be a U.S. resident, at least 18 years old (or 19 where applicable), and have a U.S. checking or savings account in your name to use this service.

3. What this site is

cashblinks.com is a request-routing and lead-generation service operated by CashBlinks Holdings LLC. cashblinks.com is not a lender, not a bank, not a broker, not an agent of any lender. We do not make credit decisions.

4. Submission

You represent that information you submit through this site is true, accurate, and your own. Submitting false information may constitute fraud and may be reported to law enforcement and credit-reporting agencies.

5. Authorization

By submitting a request, you authorize cashblinks.com to forward your information to participating lenders and marketing partners and you authorize those lenders to obtain consumer reports about you as described in our Credit Authorization notice.

6. Communications

You consent to receive electronic communications from cashblinks.com and our partners about your request and related offers as described in our E-Consent notice. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via our Unsubscribe page.

7. No warranty

The site and the service are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. cashblinks.com does not warrant that any lender will accept your request or extend an offer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashBlinks Holdings LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any loan you accept from a lender. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CashBlinks Holdings LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CashBlinks Holdings LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state.

11. Arbitration; class waiver

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using the service by sending written notice to support@cashblinks.com.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after a revision indicates acceptance.
