Your consent to receive electronic disclosures and communications from cashblinks.com and the lenders in our network.

Scope of consent

By submitting a request on cashblinks.com, you consent to receive all disclosures, notices, agreements, and communications electronically rather than on paper. This consent applies to:

• Communications from cashblinks.com about your request and our service;
• Disclosures and notices from lenders in our network (including Truth-in-Lending Act disclosures, privacy notices, and electronic loan documents);
• Marketing communications from cashblinks.com and our marketing partners (you may opt out of marketing at any time).

Hardware and software you need

To access electronic disclosures, you need:

• An internet-connected device with a current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge updated within the last 12 months);
• An active email account capable of receiving HTML email;
• Software to view PDF documents (most browsers include this);
• Sufficient storage to save copies of disclosures we provide.

Right to receive paper copies

You may request paper copies of any disclosure we provide electronically. Email support@cashblinks.com with "Paper copy request" in the subject. Paper copies are free.

Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic disclosures at any time by emailing support@cashblinks.com. Withdrawal will not affect the legal validity of electronic disclosures provided before withdrawal.

Updating your email address

If your email address changes, notify us immediately at support@cashblinks.com so we can continue to provide disclosures.

Federal law

This E-Consent satisfies the disclosure requirements of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001) for cashblinks.com's communications. Lenders provide their own E-Sign disclosures that apply to their loan documents.
